When will my car be picked up?
Free towing is included with all the cars we buy, which typically happens within a few days after accepting the offer. Sometimes, pickup can be on the same day, but it's limited to our towing partner's availability. You can choose the day and time slot for your free pickup through our website and reschedule if things change. If online scheduling isn't available in your area, our team will work with you over the phone to schedule you.
What documents do I need to sell my car?
We can work around most cars with a mishmash of titles, such as clear titles, salvage titles, junk titles, and sometimes cars with no title.
In some states, we can use alternate documents to prove ownership in place of a missing title or if the title has issues. Car documentation can vary from state to state or buyer to buyer.
In some states, signing or notarizing titles is needed before pickup. That said, owners should NOT fill in the ‘buyer’ name section of their title before pickup. When do I get paid and how?
